Should I get Counter Strike Source

Most of you know my thoughts on CS:GO , in short it's nerf hell

and 1.6 is pro hell.

I'm thinking about buying source since it seems like it would be perfect but counter strike never fails to disapoint me :/

Look, I ain't going to say this bullshit again, post in the correct section. And thread moved to the correct one.

no. fix the system. I'm not going to post in the right section now just since I'm use to it, I clicked new post in pc gaming . But as you probably know when you post it says Forums* then select value. IF I ALREADY CLICKED NEW POST IN PC GAMING IT SHOULD BE IN PC GAMING

If you can't handle 1.6, you won't handle Source very well either.

Shit man, calm down. You made a mistake, and posted in the wrong section. It was moved. If you don't want to deal with the forum selection, then don't post.

If you're going to play a competitive FPS game then get good don't complain.

Bro, deal with it for now. Post in the correct section.

I own and enjoy all three but I find myself playing css the most. Source is just as unforgiving as the rest though. I think the amount of awesome maps/mods make css the most enjoyable but cs:go is getting there too in that regard.

yes, the real question is how many copies should you buy

I've played 1.6, condition zero, and CS:GO. I like CS:GO to (that crosshair is just bad for me, I've changed it to default static). What do you mean with pro hell? Do you mean you can't find noobs? I would be glad not to play against noobs. Would be boring for me.

Yeah, the best way to get good at a game is to play against people who are actually better than you. Learn how they are beating you, what you're doing wrong and go from there.

Destroyed doesn't work on the site. Also, it's not a messed up system since everyone else seems to do it correctly just fine. Just because you have difficulty with it doesn't mean it sucks *cough* CSGO *cough*

I've played more CS:S than any other game by a long shot. Thing is, it was never for any legitimate, competitive matches. Just for everything else. All the surf maps, RPG, mini games, zombie mod etc. The hitbox lag was too much and the headshots were far too easy for me to not get frustrated by playing more competitively. 1.6 was what i played for more legitimate matches. I played a bit of CS:GO and from the few games I've played it seems to take aspects of both source and 1.6 and combine them. I have no one to play GO with, as all my old high school CS friends have all moved on to real life haha.

RazeTheWorld CS:GO server anyone?

This sawyer guy always seems to have very negative and almost trolling posts. Every single thing I've read from him is him getting pissed off and having to swear about it. I wish people wouldn't even respond to him.

well sawyer if you didnt like 1.6 or Global Offensive there is a 90% chance that you will hate Source,i know that because i am an avid cs 1.6,source and now GO player and GO is pretty much a mix between Source and 1.6

Pistol your comment made my day :)

Not a broken system. But not a finished one either.

So I'm not going to have fun with the 2 modern cs's because of silly mechanics and to have fun with 1.6 just sit through the bull shit that is learning to play with people that have been playing it since realize. Stop complaining just get goood hurrrdeeehurrr

...excellent point. That's pretty much it. That or just don't play it, why is this a problem? Besides that, I've sucked at just about every fps I've played when I first started playing it. Why would this be any different...  there's a learning curve with most games. At least the ones worth playing.
