SFF Water Cooling

Hello,

Found Tek Syndicate just the other day and have been immensely enjoying the videos, easy to listen to with just the right amount of comedy.

Any ways small bit of background, I am 19 year old male currently in the process of moving to Canada from New Zealand. I will be moving alot on arrival so the PC needs to be small hence the need for SFF. Water cooling has always interested me and the fact that i like a challenge makes me want to try to give this a shot.

Onwards to the pc parts already Samael geez!!!

Budget sits at 1750 CAD (max)

Edit: Flurp derp forgot to say i play a mix of games but the main 3 being MMORPG, Strategy and FPS (only the 3 biggest genres on the market lol)

Ok so,

SFF case is a must, and when i say SFF im talking Silverstones SG series size at 10-12L of space as i dont feel the Colossus M-ITX case for example a real SFF case (allthough im open to options if it impresses me :) )

Video Card: Im currently looking at the gtx 770 4gb its a nice card that can run anything on the market (Or so i know D: poor star citizen) without breaking the bank like a gtx 780/780-ti. AMD cards are a big unknown to be never used or considered one before and the r9 290x series has been eaten by miners ( but if anyone can offer decent advice its definitely on the board as an option)

Motherboard: Dont really know much about my mobo stats i like the Asus board i run atm its quality is nice and the support is there if anything goes wrong.

Ram: Once again another subject im not to farminilar on i know people debate about CAS and timings and as far as i know 1600 cas 9 is considered decent but apart from that im clueless.

Power Supply: One word, Modular. I would love a modular power supply and i know that corsair (who i believe make power supplys for seagate) are considered to be the big name on this market, however silverstone offer a 450w sff gold power supply that is fully modular and could be a nice space saver (word on the street is a 600w version is on the horizon)

CPU: Poof, That is the sound of my head exploding. I dont even begin to understand the first thing about CPU's, supreme guidance here is a must D:

Hard drives: I can deal with a standard 3.5" drive but I would love an SSD for the OS and essential programs.

LED: Not really a thing i know but its a guilty pleasure of mine i love lighting unfortunatly being colorblind to the colors red/green/yellow it leaves me with a select color wheel, Any advice here would be awesome.

Water cooling: Ahhh finally if you thought my CPU explanation was bad wait for this one. I know nothing!!! Done some basic research im open to using a closed loop system in combination of a custom loop for space reasons but again im relying on 100% advice here. Oh and its just for the CPU and GPU.. for now

Screen: My eyesight isnt restricted to colorblindness its just bad in general therefore im not looking for a 3d gaming 4k moniter. But that doesnt mean i dont want a junker either something over 24" would be cool.

Others: Mouse keyboard microphone and webcam (and any other items) im pretty much set for so no help needed here.

Thanks for reading my wall of text

That about wraps it up, please any advice would be great at this time even if its only for one part.
