Server Came With Just the 'Inner" Rails

I don’t know that my wording is correct, don’t know what to call the parts of sever rails. I got a pretty good price on a dell r210 ii on ebay and the server came with the “inner” rails screwed to the chassis. I was hoping to save some money and just buy the ‘outer’ rails but I have no idea how to narrow my search. What are they actually called? Where can I find them?

The type of hole for the rack is helpful to narrow it down. Square or round hole? If round hole, is it threaded or not? Width and depth of the rack are sometimes helpful, even though some rackmounts have ranges that they accomodate.
Chances are that you can find all of these for your server, and they almost always come in a set of rails(inner) and rackmounts(outer). Those are the terms I’ve seen most often. Sometimes there are still other variations, like rails that work on 2U servers, but can also support 4U servers. There might be others I’m forgetting off the top of my head, but that should get you started.
