Sennheiser HD 419

I just bought some Sennheiser HD 419's about an hour ago and I wanted to know if they're good.  I bought these because I only read good reviews and I really needed a good looking pair of headphones for school.

Does anyone own these headphones and if so, what are your thoughts on them?

I have the hd 428 which are similar and I really like them even if some people say they are not the best bang for the buck they are very comfortable and sound good.  Make sure to break in the speakers if you want the best sound.
