Semi-portable hardware to record 10+ audio tracks?

I’d like to find a way to put together a semi-portable kit that can record at least 10 audio channels, each to a separate track.

I’d like to be able to record various public meetings in my area, and I’d like to get a separate track for each speaker, so that I can use some AI to transcribe it on a per-speaker level.

The meetings are held throughout town, and I don’t want to have to leave any gear on-site, so I want something semi-portable so I can take it with me from site-to-site.

I’d like something that can support as small of a footprint as possible. And, also, if such a thing exists, I’d like something that I can power the device’s own internal battery, and/or a small lithium power bank like those offered by Anker to charge laptops. Often times, I only really have access to a “working space” that’s basically just the area in front of me at the table, so I’d like something with a smaller footprint.

I’m as far as it gets from being an audio engineer, and the only real audio hardware I have much experience with is my Zoom H6 portable recorder.

I could technically get another Zoom H6 and the 2x XLR capsules for them, to give me a total fo 12 channels, but I’d also like to be able to mix into a single track that I can use to “iive stream.”

I’ve been looking around for portable recorders from the various big names manufacturers, and the portable ones seem to top out at around 8 channels.

My vision would be this:
Tap each person’s mic, or provide my own mic for each person, if necessary, and record each person speaking as their own individual track, as well as another couple “floating” mics for speakers such as members of the public giving public comment. Possibly also another mic to record the audio from the audience.

All audio channels fed into a single recorder that I can use to mix into a single live output that I can use for live streaming.

Tracks for the individual speakers would be fed into Whisper to transcribe when I get back to the office.

Is there a single piece of hardware (other than the mics, obviously) that I can use to record and mix the audio channels that would be portable, self-powered, and able to handle at least 10 separate channels?

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!
