Selling desktop for Ideapad y580?

So I'm thinking about just selling off my current destop and getting the lenovo ideapad Y580.

AMD FX6100 OC4.8 - Coolermaster hyper212+ w/ push-pull
GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3
16GB Kingston HyperX memory 
MSI 6850 OC edition 1GB
Corsair GS600 PSU 
Thermaltake Commander MS-I snow edition
60GB OCZ Vertex3 
2TB Seagate 5900 green drive
Some hp dvd drive, who really cares what kind of dvd drive it has

 

So what do you guys think? I need a laptop anyways for travel, my old tablet doesn't cut it anymore.

I am currently using that laptop. It get's quite hot during gaming, so a good cooling pad would help out a lot. The laptop does preform quite well, but it's not a desktop replacement. Most games can run in mid-high with tweaked settings. Try posting your comp on craigslist too

iv always  seen lenovo as a business computer compan like ibm... i would get something like an asus

It has the specs of the lower tiered ROG laptops.

I'll probably just end up getting a job at mcdonalds or tacobell to get money so i can just build a nice desktop, and then sell this one and get the y580

your not one too for listening to other people.... do not get this notebook, get something else for the same price

That notebook comes with a i7 quad core, and gtx 660m, and 6 GB of ram. It's amazing gaming machine and I got mine for $800 USD. I dare you to fine a laptop that has mid-grade laptop gaming specs that can match it 's price range. I totally recommend the Y580 if you want to game on a budget

ok im gonna start with i don't believe you, considering the laptop start's at $949 on the lenovo site... oh and all the e-tailers have it for that price and upwards.... so uh yeah i call bullshit
