Was looking to get a 2nd 5850 but screw that I'm sellign this hard to find ATI 5850 black edition.

Bids start at $70 I am not paying shipping. Been taken very good care off I compressed aired every month atleast.

I have one. How much are you willing to dish out for it? It's an actual radeon and I'm replacing the fan in it as soon as it comes in the mail. You'd probably have to offer me a pretty good price, because I'm actually planning on running them in crossfire myself...

due to the fact that they are good for bitcoin mining, theyre way more expensive than they should

if i was you id just sell that 5850 for $50-60 and use the other $70 you would use to buy another 5850 and get a 7850

Is a 7850 really more powerful than two 5850's ran in crossfire? I'm wondering this myself as I'm currently working out my upgrades.

probably not, not a large difference though and you would only see mabye 5-6more fps with dual 5850s

it would use a hell of a lot less juice that's for sure

power really isnt an issue in desktop computers

with almost any component the difference in price and power savings will never break even

Think I'll just keep my card until the next big game comes out. Borderlads 2 canstay at 40fps for now.

Okay i got a dael from a friend to buy his 570. I'm gonna bet it if someone wants to buy my 5850. Anyone wanna buy my ATi 5850 BE?

Sort of a dumb question, but would you trade it for a 5830? :P I'd like to crossfire two 5850s. I could throw in something else too.
