Seeking Good Quality CPU Heatsink for Rosewill Challenger

Hello, I have recently bought a Rosewill Challenger case for my build. I have all the parts I need except for a good quality CPU heatsink. (I refuse to use the stock heatsink as it looks like it was made in only about 5 seconds)

I have low profile RAM.

I'm using the ASRock FM2A75M-DGS motherboard.

I was hoping for a heatsink that would be relatively easy to install and wouldn't cost over $35.

Any suggestions?

hyper 212 is the standard fair for a cheap good performing heatsink I have one they offer very good cooling for $25 got my core i5 3570k at 4.4 on one at 68C max on prime for 20 hours so they are decent

My only problem with the hyper 212 is that it may not fit into my case. I'm lookig for something that will fit good in my case.
