This is my build and I wanted to know if everything sounds compatable. This is my first build, I have already bought the mobo and water cooling. Just wanting to know if the RAM is ok with system and if Im over doing the power supply.

The graphics card you chose is the same thing as the Sapphire one. They are both 7970 GHz edition but the sapphire is $150 cheaper. You can't go wrong.
Would I be able to run a EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked on this setup or stick with Radeon due to my AMD build?
There's no limitation on the GPU related to the CPU. What make a difference, is AMD NorthBridge chipset:
AMD 990FX/990X handle SLI with no problem. 970X only CrossFire. But on any of then, for a single card, you can go as you wish. I guess, they respect costumers!
GTX770 is a good choice.
I would stick with a 7970. Better bang for the buck. The 770 is more expensive and is practically on par with the 7970. Also, if your are going to be playing Dice games in the future, you might want to stick with AMD. Dice and AMD now have a partnership.
