I have a BenQ GW2760s but on my settings my pc is only recognising it as an 800x600 screen resolution, why is this doing this and how do I fix it?
What OS are you on? Have you installed your graphic card drivers?
i may have just derped thank you for reminding me XD !!!
@Geoff I downloaded the latest amd graphics driver and chipset and it fixes my problem but it resets when i restart my computer, also my wont switch off if i press shut down, the screen switches off but the lights and fans stay on until i hold in the power button do you know how to fix this?
What OS are you using?
Check your C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log. It'll have a record of what's happen during your driver installation. The following link will help you with that one.
