School Me On Where To Buy Korean Panels

Hiya,
I keep seeing people mention Korean panels.
And people sometimes link to manufacturer websites, resellers and ebay vendors.

I've been pondering on this topic for a few weeks now and yet, I haven't seen a consolidated list of trusted sellers.
And the pros/cons of each.

Does something like this exist?
Or are you guys going by a very narrow range of recommended sellers, where the 1st customers just gambled $500+?

I'm hoping to get a
* 40"+
* 4K
* FreeSync
* Flat Panel
* Matte (or at least semi-matte)
* VESA

And it seems like this QNIX UHD4020R is the first new panel in ages to have FreeSync.

Then the other thing that I've been told is that anything over 32" isn't technically a monitor panel.
But rather a TV panel with high input lag?
Where are you guys finding out this info? I'm not seeing it on the listings.
I'm not seeing anything from these companies on rtings.com
Again, are you guys just totally gambling on this issue?

thanks!!!

Microboard is the only company I know of that sells something like that, but they seem to be almost non-existent in the United States. Newegg has a 32inch curved monitor from them. They're sold out though.

Ebay. Sellers that are commonly trusted around forums is dream seller and something with green in the name. I personally used the green one and that monitor has been chugging along with no problems for about a year now.

I used dreamseller, but heard of a couple of members that were quite unsatisfied with service.......
in my opinion , the good times of the korean experiment are over, only left overs and various parts assembled to make a c screen.
It will be a while before another batch is out of the oven (IMO) if at all.

edit at this point I WOULD NOT TOUCH ANY OF THEM....................:-(..........very sadly, because, when they work, the pic is outstanding !
