I got my hands on 4 Sapphire Pulse RX 560’s. 2 required rework/reball but 2 are dead. Seller stated that they never worked to begin with. I started with testing the mosfet’s and I’m getting strange readings from mosfets on both of the cards I need help with. Specifically if they are indicative of the mosfets themselves failing or a failure somewhere else on the board. With my MM in diode mode I get the following readings on the first card mosfets Q531, Q532, Q521, Q522, Q512, and Q511 all give roughly the same readings. With MM supplying 2.484V, Negative probe on S and Positive on G reads 1.079 to 1.095. Then Positive to D’s read 0.001 to 0.003. Q551 Reads S to G 1.087 and S to D’s 0.023. Q550 reads S to G reads 0.725 and S to D’s climbs from 1.0 till it hits just over 1.7. Q530 S to G reads 0.817 s to D’s read 1.2 climbing to just over 1.7. Q520 reads S to G 0.765 and S to D’s 0.2 climbing to just over 1.7. Q510 S to G reads 0.897 and S to D’s 0.830. So Q550, Q530, Q520, Q510 all read different from one of the good boards which read S to G 0.001 and S to D’s 1.5 climbing to just over 1.7.
