I tried to root my samsung galaxy tab 3 lite and it seems to have failed and now just goes into a infinite loop of continuously restarting, Is there a way that I can manually put it back to factory settings.
You can see if the devices is currently working in fastboot mode. Make sure that you have the Samsung ADB/fastboot drivers installed, and see if Odin picks up on the device. If it does, chances are that you can reload the stock firmware back into the Tab 3. I've had various Samsung devices in the past do the same thing, and there is always a way to reload the factory firmware.
