Samsung 850 EVO 250GB or another brand?

Hi,  I am thinking of purchases two Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OAJ412U/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) and was planning to Raid 0 the two SSDs to increase performance.

I am trying to get the most peak performance as I can. Should I stick with the two Samsung 850 EVO 250GB or should I purchase another brand?

If your going to put them in Raid 0 I'd recommend spending up to the 850 pro's for some added quality and reliability, although there isn't anything wrong with the evos. Maybe considering going for a pcie ssd in a slightly higher price range as those are more reliable then the 850 pro's and definitely faster if you spend enough.

@thecaveman you mentioned pcie ssd.  Is this what you mean: http://www.amazon.com/Plextor-256GB-Express-Internal-PX-AG256M6e/dp/B00JM2EQTS/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1420508077&sr=1-3&keywords=pcie+ssd

Yeah that is a Pcie one technically but that model is actually a m.2 drive on a pcie adapter. I recommend going to pcpartpicker.com , going to storage then setting PCI-E as the form factor to only show pcie ssd's. Something like the the g-skill pheonix blade, or VisonTek Data fusion.
