Samsung 840 Evo or Pro?

Just wondering if anyone can help me out.

I've been considering buying an SSD just to primarily run my OS and a couple of programs.

However, I don't know which drive to choose (I'll definitely stick with Samsung though).

The 840 Evo (£69.88 120GB) is currently a little bit cheaper than the 840 Pro (£95.19 128GB), but is the pro worth the extra money? (Ignoring the extra 8GB of storage)

Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

Evo's fast enough you'd be happy. Check out Linus's video on it. It's a great ssd. I actually own one and alls well so far.

Well, I would just get the cheaper drive. You'll be happy either way. I personally chose the 840 Pro for the extra 2 year warranty. The 840 Evo comes with a 3 year warranty; whereas, the 840 Pro comes with a 5 year warranty. Just something to think about.

Thanks for your responses. I'll probably just go ahead and get the Evo unless the Pro comes down in price soon. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
