Got a Samsung 840 120GB i am going to use for my OS :)

Must be something wrong there, even on my 4 year old SATAII laptop, the 840series 120GB reads faster than in your results. On SATAIII, you should get almost 4 times that sequential read speed.
Read speed should be around 515 not that slow
