Safe overclock for 2500K & H100i?

Hey, got a H100i for xmas, just wondering whats a safe overclock for my 2500k on my Z68XP-UD3P?

With that h100i you might even be able to reach 5GHz... 2500k loves overclocking. Good luck, and dont go for 5 straight away :P

I dunno about 5, at least like you said not straight away. My aim was 4.3, maybe higher.

I've seen 5 done before. But 4.5 is a safer place to stop. Happy overclocking!

On an mid rang air cooler (Dark Knight) I'm getting 4.5GHz stable with very acceptable temps at 1.325V. With the H100i, you can easily go higher. I've gotten 4.6GHz but I don't want my voltage any higher.

Now, it's about 17c, so I'm around 65c at room temp, or 43c Delta, however you want to put it. Very reasonable, so you can probably push it to 4.8GHz. Personally, I wouldn't push the voltage higher than 1.375.
