Ryzen gives Kernal panic - not syncing error

I have tried installing ubuntu, fedora workstation and windows 10 on my ryzen system none of them worked.

specs:
Asus prime b350-plus (Latest bios)
Ryzen 7 1700
R7 240/RX 460 (neither work)
1x 8 gig Corsair 2133Mhz

I get a bunch of errors here is the main one
---[ end Kernal panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! exitcode=0x000000009

The bootloaders work fine but I am yet to get a working linux os.

can you post the full error log?
pictures or a video are fine.

Here is the error for trying to install

what are the memory timings? acpi maybe is an issue? uefi updated?

Hey wendell love you videos,
Turning acpi off in grub helps (I can get further but I still don't get a login screen)
Changing memory timings from default cause the bios to say Overclocking failed. So I can only use 2133Mhz
Is uefi independent of bios? If so how do I update

bios = uefi in this context.. update from usb stick? what mobo?

New information I have found,
It always crashes when I try to edit a partition on any drive in any way, It may also crash for other reasons but it will always crash when a partition changes.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350-Plus
Bios Version: 0609
