Could someone explain the meaning of various “AI Engine Capabilities” on this Ryzen 8840HS page?

There are various claims:
Performance - Up to 16 TOPS
Total Processor Performance - Up to 38 TOPS
NPU Performance - Up to 16 TOPS

What’s the difference between these? What metrics do these represent? How can one validate these?
