Ryzen 9 3950X Boost Clock on Linux (Max Boost Clock)

Anyone know how to enable Ryzen 9 3950X boost clock on Linux? (Pop!_OS 20.10, kernel 5.8.0-7625-generic x86_64)

inxi -Fx reports the following:

Hi did you fixed this? I have the same problem. But the max clock is 4.2,no more
