I don't really mess with that. usually run stock and nothing shows up under the memory timings in my bios 
The cheapest B-die I've found was $175 for 16 GB.
Also, like I said, B-die is 8 GB per stick. The ones you just linked are 4 GB per stick. And the timings aren't very good at 16-18-18. B-die has timings of 14-14-14.

I was just trying to budget build lol looks like i might have to rethink.
B-die is not appropriate for a budget build, but don't let that stop you from getting Ryzen. They are still amazing processors.
