Nice! I threw together an overlay and ended up with a very similar result. As I couldn’t find photos taken perfectly straight on the result didn’t end up too precise. But it’s easy to see where on the CPU that the thermal paste coverage is the most critical. I added a socket that is orientated as per most ATX motherboards. The core chiplets end up on the lower side of the socket, as seen in a typical standing case design.
