Running 3 monitors

Hey guys. I'm going to be purchasing another 2 monitors for a toal of 3 monitors at 1920x1080 21.5". I currently have a powercolor 7850, a 3570k, 8gb of ram and a 700w powersupply. I will be playing games such as warthunder, mechwarrior online, minecraft with sonic ethers unbelievable shaders, eve online, crysis 3, metro lastlight, league of legends , battlefield 4 when it comes out and many other games that will be releasing this winter. My question is, will i be able to run these games with a 7970ghz edition on 3 monitors? However even with the 7970 would I be able to play the less intense games such as mech warrior and warthunder on the 3 monitors on max? I don't expect to be able to play battlefield 4 and crysis 3 on max and I would totally be happy on medium to high graphics with the 3 monitiors. Do I need more gpu power? It would be great if someone could reply to this asap. Thanks!

There was a video on this exact thing about half a year ago. Have a look.

Your current 7870 won't be able to play (well) on 3 monitors without crossfiring first but a single 7970 should be enough.

I had two GTX 680's in SLI and I couldn't even play all games on max settings on 3 1680x1050 monitors (5040x1050). A single 7970 would be enough to play on maybe medium settings at 5760x1080.
