Is there a way to make all programs default 'open' command to 'run as administrator' command? How do i do that as a system wide thing.

mistress that's for windows 7. win8 is different, it doesn't work i did find a way to do it. I had to edit a registry key. BTW i do usually know what i'm doing. i don't install random shit on my computer.
still a bad idea. there is a reason why microsoft coded user permission levels and approvals in.
