What dah yalls like

Depends on your view of "ROCK." Alternative? Heavy? Well. I like Alternative Rock, groups like Anberlin, 30 Seconds to Mars, etc. But most are phased out now. Linkin Park barely falls under alternative rock anymore. Lol.

Well my favorite band is The Darkness. If you like falsetto singing and awesome guitar solos then you would like this band. Some compare them to Queen and AC/DC. They broke up in 2006 and two bands were formed from the members. Stone Gods, I might say their hard rock, and Hot Leg who made their own genre, "Barbecue Rock" as they call it! Justin Hawkins (the awesome singer and guitarist) is in Hot Leg.

Other bands I would suggest are KISS, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Blue Oyster Cult, Radiohead, Tenacious D, Traveling Wilburys.
