I just toady got a Roccat kone + and when i try to install the drivers the setup.exe launched and then the setup.exe fails and says " Remote procedure call failed" I am running windows 8.1 x64. Now on my laptop which is also running windows 8.1 x64 it opened and installed just fine. How can i fix this? What should i look for? the gents at Roccat have yet to get back to me like they said they would so i turned to you lovely people at the Tek forums. And yes i did download the latest drivers from Roccat. They don't actually give drivers disc they just tell you to go to their website.
Update I ran memory diagnostics and it came back normal and i also tried running my machine is safe mode with the bare essentials running and both of those made no difference,
