Right Angle Cables

Since this is mostly related to motherboards I'm asking it here. I love the high end motherboards and all the selections that are available but there is one feature that i find severely frustrating. It is the vertical oriented ports on motherboards. Ports on the bottom edge of the motherboard (when it's mounted in the case) are fine to be oriented vertically. However, things like the 24pin power and the usb 3.0 port are vertical plugins on the right side. I can't get at them easily with the other components in the way. Shouldn't every port on the right side of the board be plugged in just like the sata cables? I've seen this done on the ASUS Sabertooth Z87 motherboard with the usb 3.0 port but nowhere else. There is probably a reason for this, but it is beyond my knowledge scope.

Where can i get some right angle cable extentions (or even replacements) for my usb 3.0, 24pin power ports, and 8-pin graphics card power ports?
