Upgrade the ram to 4GB's; if you're running a lot of applications, then you'll need the extra space. Of course, this could mean upgrading your motherboard to one that supports DDR3, but I'm not sure if yours does or not.
If your processor is only a dual core, you might want to upgrade. It depends on what you do for a day-to-day basis.

OEM boards are very unlikely to support Chips over 95w

it is kinda confusing where it says both DDR2 and DDR3 but if you look it also says its AM3 which means its DDR3

any Phenom II X4 that is under 95w, which is not 125w
