I sent back my card. I’m confident it was a hardware defect because I was experiencing same issues (didn’t test this one, but my displays flickered, and one of my monitors stops working when I enabled Asrock’s OC mode (on Windows).
I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully you are not put on a waiting list for an RMA.
Newegg informed me that they have enough 6900XT Phantom Gaming D, so
