I'm really hoping that Wendell will review the Qnix 4020r 40" 4K Monitor. It has freesync and looks alright. But Wendell literally does the best monitor reviews on the entire internet. For the most part I don't trust anyone but him. It's actually laughable how bad these other reviews are. For example Linus reviewed the Microboard M340CLZ 34" Freesync Monitor, said he was using an Nvidia card, and then complained about screen tearing. I just want a 40" 4k Monitor that has freesync and that is decent for gaming. Thanks Level1 Team for being the best Tech Youtubers around!

I have a 4020R but no AMD card atm (January 490 release perhaps), and no suitable test CRT for any latency test and comparison. If I can resolve those problems I would put up a review of the screen but I was only able to do a basic overview video (unprofessional and all)
I watched the 340CLZ I thought Linus did a reasonable job. He probably didn't have a Fury/Fury X (I had to buy mine.. like most things.. thank goodness I prettymuch already have to do that anyway for my other work). The improvements I would have liked to have seen: High shutter speed testing to see exactly how close to 100hz it is (I found the 144hz claim reasonable.. the "time to ON was very low on this panel, which is good, translates to high FPS. Time to off was slower, though.
The color profile was whack, yes, but I would have liked to have seen a downlodable color profile and/or can the colors be corrected with a colorimeter. If the colors can be corrected, no big deal. We have a profile on here somewhere for the A409 for example thats pretty decent. would be nice to have a library of those.
So that's it really -- test w/freesync, test high speed shutter, test if the color accuracy can be fixed with a color profile. Yes, we know color accuracy out of the box is crap. But I refuse to believe the color accuracy is worse than the U28D590D that I have, out of the box, because it's awful. You can plainly see its more awful. I just need the tools to prove it better. :)
He just annoys me. I remember a clip coming on twitter when they got the monitor Linus wanted to use the new titan they had gotten in and really DID NOT GET why everyone was looking for the best AMD card they had. They have a Nano or 7 loose and hanging around now, I think they should redo the whole thing.
