Report bad links to google

Not sure where to post this, but I've noticed lately, about every 5 searches I've made on google.com, about 4 of them, the top link isn't for where it's supposed to be. It leads to a website that is either phishing, or trying to get you to call a scam number with popups galore.

Does anyone know how to report such activity to google?

And before anyone says, this isn't just on my machine, it's been everywhere I am to search. A friend's house, at doctors offices, everywhere.

Usually the first ad links work as intended. But lately a search for walmart, amazon, facebook or even searching google.com itself has a bad first ad link.

I just use ublock, haven't had any of the issues you mentioned. If you don't like search engines tracking you, try duck duck go.

That's not what I'm saying. But thank you for the info.

I am a helpful nerd, and I believe in paying it forward to people. I just want to now how to report this to google cause it's the right thing to do.

Not so sure about reporting to google, but I've seen a web of trust plugin which could be useful in this scnario, you're paying it forward to the people who use that.

Although after a quick google it seems it was pulled. Scrap the above I guess.

Did a search,
