Replacing my HP Gen 8 Microserver

Hi All,
I have a Gen8 Microserver 16Gb ECC Ram 1 x 500gb SSD 2x2TB and 2 x 3Tb Drives with an Xeon CPU E3-1240 V2 @ 3.40GHz, 8 cores, 2 internal NICs + ILO.
The server’s been running well for the last 7-8 years, with me upgrading the storage as time went by.
Now though the internal B120i raid contoller keeps losing the config, the ILO card has the nand issue and I think it’s time to swap this out for something new. I use Ubuntu with docker containers running Plex, Sonarr/Radaar, homebridge, homeassistant, etc.

I’ve not looked at this for a long time, does anyone know of any recommendations of something with a similar foot-print / features that I can swap out the system too.
