Repealing Net Neutrality may be (currently) illegal

Here is a redit post presumably by a lawyer. Yes, beware of what you read on the internet, but he is fairly precise so this should be easily fact checked by other lawyers out there.

TLDR: The FCC is legally required to take the comments from the public into consideration. If a very large proportion of (legitimate) comments are FOR net neutrality, and the FCC repeals it anyway, the courts could rule the new rules are null and void.
