Repainting a old-ish laptop

Hey all,

So I have a kind of old Dell Precision M6300, still packs a punch for what I need it to do, but there is one problem. The laptop visually looks pretty meh, here's 2 links to some pictures.

So, in any case, if it is safe I would love to repaint it. How would you guys go about it, and do any of you have a good tutorial for this kind of stuff? I would love to pain the lighter parts of the laptop more of a black or dark brown. Thanks guys!

What I would do is strip the whole laptop and get it naked. Then cress the paint with three strokes and spray away LOL. It should be safe to paint it. It's plastic for crying out loud. I would follow a disassemble guide on your laptop. A quick google search and you should find it really quick.

Lol agreed, I would probably do the same. However I would hate it if I messed it up cuz I was too lazy, especially considering this will my first time doing something like this. Will probably do it right for the first time at least.
