Hi there!

My sister is looking to take over a vet clinic and wants me to help with IT.

I don’t have details of their set up yet, but will in about a month or so. What I’m wondering is what kind of services are out there for remote management, and managing windows updates on both servers and workstations. I know LTT runs ads for smart deploy, but not knowing better, are there other reasonable services to help automate backups and keep things up to date?

I’ve used Connectwise control a fair bit at work. Had very few problems with it. https://www.connectwise.com/software/control/pricing

Obviously on the more expensive side and there’s probably cheaper options out there. But I’ve had a good experience with this
