I am looking to buy a laptop backback that is reinforced and rain proof. I don't like things that look super expensive. Coincidentally, I don't want to spend 500 bucks on a designer bag. Thoughts?

Installed Vivaldi Browser which loads it fine. Firefox wouldnt load it. :\

I would say not to exceed 100 USD. An old Dell Latitude E6420 is what it will be transporting.
Invest in quality or don't spend money at all.
It never works out to skimp on protective stuff.
