Red Orchestra 2 - Everybody looks the same!

Red Orchestra 2 is having a free weekend again on steam and I like the realism in the game, (though it's not as realistic as ARMA II) but I can't tell who's who and I keep on getting friendly fire because of it.

I was playing Russian and thinking the Germans were the guys in tan uniforms without usernames because they were Tan in Call of Duty (Call of Duty 2, back when Call of Duty was actually good) and the game said it was a friendly, so I found a guy in green without usernames and I shot him and again, it said he was friendly. (must have been another class like engineer or something)

I'm not saying "This game sucks", I'm saying "How the hell do you tell who's who"?

The germans are in the german uniforms grey as they always have been and the russians are tan as they always have been, but about the point you made about arma 2. Arma 2 is the most realistic of the modern shooters Red Orchestra is the most realistic of the WWII shooters. I personally feel that RO2 feels more realistic, mind you Ihave logged 150+ hours in arma 2
