Red/Black CPU Heatsink and Fan

I'm building my first rig and I'm looking for a good red and black CPU heatsink and Fan.

I have a hyper on there now. But I would like a red and black cooler. 

I also could get a Noctua D14 or D14s. However, I don't think it would perform at 100%.

Actually on second thought I think temps would be better than looks. What I plan on doing is just coloring a noctua. Would that be feasible?

You could put some noctuas on them if you'd want but it wouldnt be necessary since Phanteks are really good fans also.

If the Red and black matters that much then pick up some BitFenix Spectre Pros that are the translucent black with red LED here (amazon link has all the sizes you'd want)

Not really sure on how feasible it is. I lean on performance more than anything. I mostly run mutt mixes since i am always swapping gear. Personally, i prefer cool and quiet over looks.

What I could do is get a black heatsink http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709011

and then put a few red fans on it http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709028

Then I could take out the fans and spray the outer ring either black or red. Thats the only problem I don't like about the fans on the Phanteks is that they are white.

I am sorry but what do you mean by this. I would assume a D14 would be up with the bet you could get cooling wise.

I ment to say I could get a noctua and color the fans red.
