Recovering a Raid 5

A friend of mine had a server running a software raid 5 with 4 disks. One of the disks failed and when he was checking the inside of the case accidentally unplugged the second disk in the array.
So when he powered on the machine it only saw 2 disks of the raid. I'm trying to get any data I can off of the raid array for him. Since it's a software raid I can't get Windows to boot and notice the disks since the drivers for the raid aren't loaded yet. I tried to load them using a recovery disk and a floppy drive but no luck. The machine kept blue screening. (It's Windows XP)
The failed disk works when plugged into usb on my pc. So I'm also trying to recover using that as well. So I have all 4 disks running. (sweet)
I'm using Raid Re-constructor, but I'm not getting anywhere at all. I can't get the Entropy under .20.

Any help or tricks? Thanks.

I thought all you had to do to rebuild a RAID array was plug in a new working drive?

Well.. Since he had unplugged the a drive on accident and booted the machine, only 2 of the 4 were recognized and it caused a memory dump. So I'm not totally sure if it's going to work or make it worse.
