Recommended GPU's 200-300$

I just ordered a new PSU so I would have enough power to upgrade my GPU, wondering what the best bang for my buck in the 200-300$ range. 

Here are my mother board specs and my new PSU specs for compatability

I also have a fairly small mid size ATX case, and it will be a tight fit if i get a larger PSU, so feel free to reccomend some nice looking cases, (preferably cheap)

 Edit: Prices in Canada are much much higher, a 280 usually goes for around 330.

Right now I'm considering a Radeon 7950 for 260$, a GeForce 760/ or 760Ti, or an radeon 270x.

If you don't mine splurging a bit over your budget the 970 is really great for what it is. If you can find one in stock that is or waiting for one to come in stock. If not you can go a little cheaper and purchase something like an MSI R9 280 LINK

It will do very well at 1080P or "okay" at 1440P
