Recommendations for Dual Rank 16Gb Per stick DDR4 4000 CL15 Memory kits?

Hello all,

Looking for memory kit recommendations for kits that are 16Gb sticks but dual rank, DDR4 4000 and CL15. Preferably a four stick kit if possible.

Edit: Looking around I realized that CL15 might be a little unreasonable. CL16 seems to be the max for 16Gb sticks at DDR 4000

Edit #2: Anyone know if this specific kit is dual rank G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) F4-3200C16Q-64GVK? For a different application, but pricing things out.
