Hmm, for that money I would just grab a new MOBO, maybe the AsRock FM2A75M.
And to go with that, a new core, seen as your budget is low I would go with the AMD A10 5800K andd grab some 1866Mhz RAM to help it along. This core with some decent RAM can easily run BF3 on Ultra at 30+ Fps in 720P..So should have no problems if you're willing to lower the settings.
I wouldn't go nuts with the ssd, load times will be slightly faster but you won't see a dramatic increase due to the ram speed being only 400mhz.
