I currently gathering parts slowly at a time and building a computer

I now have  MSI Gaming 3 Z97 MOBO

XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Double Dissipation Graphics Card

NZXT S340 CASE

would you recommend me to get to finishing this build

(I was most likely getting a INTEL i7 4790K from a guy i know working at a computer store that gets employee discounts around mid december and i would be buying this chip around at 250 which is a steal)

a 600w PSU for around $30 -40 bucks  .... Corsair or XFX 80+ bronze or better

and i5 4690k CPU  $200 or an  i7 4790K for $300  maybe a Xeon E3-1231 V3 for $230

a Samsung 840 evo 120GB SSD $70

coolermaster Hyper 212 evo cpu cooler   $28

8GB 2x4GB 1866Mhz 1.5v ram $70

a WD Blue 1TB drive $50
