Recommend me an AMD AM4 or threadripper motherboard that's good for 4 way gpu configuration and monoblock support

Preferably asus or MSI but other brands are welcome as well

Asrock Creator, Gigabyte Designare, Aorus Extreme Threadripper and the X570 MSI Godlike are the only choice here, consider the support for monoblock

Don’t see the need for a monoblock. Not necessary. The VRM heat sinks are perfectly adequate as they are.

Put a custom cooling loop in with a TR4 cpu block and call it done.
