Reccomend Video/Input connectivity to racked computers?

Greetings!

Looking for some advice, I am currently finishing our basement and setting up a shared office for me and my wife and a separate area with a TV for the kids to play Steam games on. I have a 27U, 4 post rack under steps which is about 25’-30’ away (measurement not including cable runs down the wall or patch cables) and I want all three computers racked with HDMI/USB connectivity at each location.

My Desk

  • Personal PC -Windows 11 Pro / Nvidia RTX3060ti
  • Work PC - Windows 10 / Intel ARC A770
  • Dell Monitor - 32” 1440p - 165hz

Wife’s Desk

  • Will be either a Mac Mini or Mac Studio once the office is finished
  • Dell Monitor - 32” 1440p - 165hz

TV

  • Windows PC - Windows 10 / RTX 1070TI

My Questions

What is the best way to connect each location? Active HDMI cables and USB cables with repeaters? We’re putting in a drop ceiling so I can run directly to each location if every ft matters.

Is this possible to run each desk at 1440p & max refresh rate with minimal issue at these lengths? I game and my wife does a lot of work in the Adobe suite so I would prefer not to compromise too much on visual fidelity.

Would a super cool level1techs KVM in the rack work for the two computers at my desk?
