Reasonably priced capture card that works with OBS on Linux?

I'm building a sort of streaming appliance for a school. I've done this once before, but did not need a capture card because we were fortunate enough to have a BlackMagic ATEM TVS, which basically acts like a capture card. However, now I'm building a similar appliance for a neighboring school, which does not have that video mixer, so I need a capture card.

Requirements:

  • Must accept S-Video or Composite Video (preferably S-VIDEO)
  • Must work with OBS in Ubuntu easily
  • Should be reasonably priced with not too much overkill. The absolute most that studio will ever need is 1080p, but even that is overkill right now because all the equipment is SD.
