EDIT: I fixed it now. All I did was clear the cmos and replace some cables.
It seems like I have an endless stream of bad luck when it comes to computers
My PC started not wanting to turn on unless I had anti-surging disabled in my motherboard BIOS, then it started no wanting to turn off. All this weird stuff kept happening until one day it completely died like this:
So I thought "must be the power supply"
after a really long and exepensive RMA I get a brand new power supply. And guess what, same problem.
So I would think that the problem is my motherboard. Have any of you guys seen something similar or do you have any advise? (can't test on another motherboard without buying one)
If I do have to buy a new one I think I might get the GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3.

For some reason, the LEDs will keep shining even when there is no power. (also tried just ripping out the cable)
