Really annoying Windows problem!

Hi! I got a really annoying Windows problem. This started in Windows 7 and when i upgraded to Win 8 (I got all programs and files with it) the problem was still there. Edit: I have no idea how it started. I tried to make a new user, and on the new user theres no problem. When i got it, the problem wasn't there, so i think its a program. I don't want to make a clean install, i want to keep my files.

Uninstall any crapware you may have. Something is in your user profile. 

Clean your system using following tools.

http://www.safer-networking.org/

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

I've got CCleaner, but i don't think i got any crapware?

Wow! Just SpyBot takes 90 minutes! I'll report when its done, and then i'll run Malwarebytes. Thanks!

Hi, its done, im running a Malwarebytes now. Found 102 malwares... didn't fix the problem.

This is why its ALLWAYS better to install a fresh os and not use upgrade disc's.

Format and install windows fresh on the sistem

Ya, but if you read what i wrote, you'll see that i want to keep all my files and programs... got important stuff!

back them up elswhere

I can't backup my programs, theres also registry and n' stuff...
