Real player downloader (won't open)

yeah... i know it's old

but until recently, real player downloader was working fine, and it still works,

but i can't get the window of the downloader up, i can see little from the preview, but it gives me the general outline of the download progress, but nothing more, any help?

and yes, i left it at ie 9

it's the DOWNLOADER, (jsut to put it out there); i personnally like vlc

If you like VLC, then use it. :P
