Reading Asus XG-C100C network card temps in Windows?

I bought this network card, Asus XG-C100C, and I’d like to read its operating temperature from Windows (11).

I thought HWInfo would be able to read it, as it can usually show even obscure hardware temps, but it only shows the basic network in and out.

While googling I saw that others were able to read temps off some PHY sensor, but I assume all that was in a Linux environment using sensors.

Not really concerned with heat at the moment, but since it’s out of warranty (bought used), I was thinking of playing around with the cooler, trying TG Minus Pad 8, or putting a small fan on it, but I’d need to know some hard numbers for the comparions.
